Registration Tent Procedures- Two lines, one for returning players, one for new players
- New players get a t-shirt

Launching Area Procedures(Marked by colored flags)- Volunteers congregate here
- Discussion of daily curriculum/activities
- Lesson plans, attendance sheet, equipment inventory, and time sheet given to volunteers
- Eight (8) players assigned to a field along with two (2) volunteers
Fields Procedures- Two (2) volunteers per field
- Ten (10) to twelve (12) players
- Volunteers follow lesson plans
- Games are scrimmages with arbitrary teams
- Each volunteer manages a team
