TRYOUT TIMES:

The following times apply at each venue:

  • U13 Girls (born in 1995)
    Registration:9:00 - 9:45 AM
    Tryouts:10:00 - 11:30 AM
    Player Selections:12:00 - 12:15 PM
  • U14 Girls (born in 1994)
    Registration:11:00 - 11:45 AM
    Tryouts:12:00 - 1:30 PM
    Player Selections:2:00 - 2:15 PM
  • U13 Boys (born in 1995)
    Registration:1:00 - 1:45 PM
    Tryouts:2:00 - 3:30 PM
    Player Selections:4:00 - 4:15 PM
  • U14 Boys (born in 1994)
    Registration:3:00 - 3:45 PM
    Tryouts:4:00 - 5:30 PM
    Player Selections6:00 - 6:15 PM

REGISTRATION:

  • Pre-registration fee (received before July 31, 2007) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $25
  • Registrations received between Aug. 1, 2007 and Sept. 24, 2007 . . . . . . . .  $35
  • Late registrations and Walk-ins (received after Sept. 24, 2007) . . . . . . . . . . $40
  • The preferred method of registration and payment is via the online registration system.  This system can be accessed from the link to the left.
  • If you choose to mail in a registration form, all forms must be mailed to NYSWYSA, PO Box 1247, 41 Riverside Dr., Corning, NY 14830, Attn.: Terri Raeder
  • Players should plan to arrive 45 minutes to an hour prior to the start of tryouts.

TRYOUT INFORMATION:

  • Tryouts will begin promptly at the times noted.  Make sure you arrive in plenty of time prior to the start of the tryout so you are warmed up and dressed in the appropriate attire and footwear.  Players are required to attend without any clothing indicating the club/team for which they play.
  • Players will compete for a position in the State Pool for their respective age group, at the local tryouts on Sept. 29th and 30th, 2007.
  • A callback tryout will be held on Sunday Oct. 7, 2007, to determine the final NY State West pool.
  • Players are encouraged to attend the tryout venue closest to their home.
